Ade B. Galloway, Vice President of Finance
Ade B. Galloway is an associate in Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC’s Corporate Finance & Technology section. Mr. Galloway's practice is concentrated on a wide range of corporate matters, including securities law, venture financing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Prior to joining the firm's corporate section, Mr. Galloway was a member of the commercial litigation practice group, where he focused on commercial and securities litigation.
While attending the Howard University School of Law, Mr. Galloway volunteered with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA), which provides free tax assistance to persons with low to moderate income. Additionally, Mr. Galloway interned with the D.C. Law Students in Court Program, where he assisted families with landlord/tenant issues and small claims disputes. Before earning his law degree, Mr. Galloway worked as an investment client services representative for Wachovia Securities and CSFBdirect, where he analyzed CAP (asset management), IRA and brokerage accounts, and facilitated customer trades in securities and options.
