Profile Biography

Caitlin is corporate counsel and clerk for a mid-sized, publicly traded community bank.  In her role as sole corporate counsel, she supports the Bank and its wealth management subsidiaries in a wide range of complex banking and corporate matters, including: third party management (contract reviews, negotiations, and dispute resolution), data and privacy concerns, card marketing, servicing and operations, consumer protection and lending issues as well as litigation supervision and management of external counsel.  She also leads the Bank’s M&A activities as well as supports the Bank’s regulatory examinations.  As corporate counsel and clerk, she co-manages the proxy statement, ESG initiatives, annual meeting and assists with SEC disclosures (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.) as well as drafts corporate / board resolutions and handles all corporate filings (Federal Reserve, NYSE, and state filings).

Prior to moving into banking, Caitlin was a Deputy City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia.  In that role she provided consultation to the City regarding its investigations of child neglect and abuse allegations, navigated a complex and demanding case load in a fast-pace and time sensitive environment, was responsible for all aspects of litigation, and mentored junior attorneys.

After graduating from Rutgers Law School, Caitlin was a law clerk for the NJ Superior Court.  While in law school Caitlin was an associate notes editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, secretary for La Alianza, and a member of the Black Law Students Association.
